You have 7 days once received to return to us! Items must be unworn with tags still attached. Once received and inspected, we will load store credit on your account in the form on a discount code or gift card. 

There are no returns on sale items  or any items that are marked down at the time of purchase (they are final sale). No returns on items paid by store credit and or exchanged items.

While we make every effort to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, we do understand that sometimes things just don't meet your satisfaction. Below is information you will need to be aware of if you decide you would like to return an item.

Exchanges/Returns 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same sellable condition that you received it. This means that items must be unworn, free of stains and/or odor, The item must not be altered in any way. Original tags bags and copy of return authorization (not receipt) must be included in return. All Authorized returns will be refunded in in the form of Store Credit sent via E-Mail.  E-Gift Cards must be used within 3 months of issue date, We can not reissue lost Codes.

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of you receiving the product and they MUST be sent back within 7 days of your items original receive date.

if accepted you will be issued a return form that must be included in your package. Returns will not be accepted without proper authorization, we will not process any items without proper authorization.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Accessories, Bralettes, Custom Designs and all undergarments including socks, Sale and Clearance items are FINAL sale and are not eligible for return. This policy is strictly enforced as items sell out quickly.

You may or may not have noticed in past few months we have added a service called Route. This is to protect you in the event your order is lost, stolen or damaged. Please Use it!! Effective Immediately if you choose not to add this to your order we will not be liable for any package that is lost, damaged or stolen.
